Unlike most ice cream shops that purchase a premade ice cream mix and simply flavor, freeze, and serve to their guests, SCREAM produces handcrafted ice creams from scratch in our on-site pasteurizer.
Our recipes have been crafted and refined over the years to ensure our flavors pop, our textures are rich and smooth, and each bite of our ice cream is delectable.
Our ice cream has been packaged and sold in pints in Fairfield, IA since 2022 and is not in over 12 regional grocery stores including Hy-Vee (select locations), New Pioneer Coop, Everybody's Whole Foods, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, and more!
Our Flagship store "SCREAM Ice Cream Shop" opened in January 2025 and is quickly becoming a local favorite and destination for out of towners.

SCREAM prides itself on never using any synthetic ingredients. This means NO DYES, and NO FLAVORINGS are in any of our recipes.
We simply use real ingredients to create our ice creams and our customers can tell the difference!
