General Shipping Policy

SCREAM Ice Cream ships food items from its headquarters in Fairfield, IA. All non-ice cream products will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order and shipped with the type of shipping paid for by the customer. If your package arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise not to your satisfaction, please let us know and we will work together to find an appropriate solution. hello@ilovescream.com

Ice Cream Shipping Policy

Shipping ice cream is a sensitive matter. We work hard to ensure all our packages are shipped and delivered promptly and that our products remain in their peak condition upon delivery. We only ship ice cream Monday-Wednesday to make sure delivery is possible within 2 days. If you live outside the Midwest, you must purchase overnight shipping as this is the only way our carrier assures timely delivery of frozen foods. We allow ground shipping to be purchased for addresses within the Midwest but this does not guarantee  the ice cream will arrive frozen. Please use your judgment when choosing which shipping method you purchase as we cannot refund or replace boxes of ice cream that melt in transit.
